- Stand alone machine operation with complete run
from SD card memory. No computer required. This
option will be released just after the first of the year on all
ncPOD systems.
- Digital readout-All IMService servo systems
past and present, will be able to use this plug and play
device. It is a permanent position readout for 4 axes. The
device has a USB interface that will permit initializing of
controller software and basic setup operations. Crash the
computer, fault the servos, lose power, and the readout will
still track the machine position. .0001 display
resolution. Estimated price under $400.
- 6-axis servo controller systems in industrial
consolette enclosure.
- X2-Mini-mill servo retrofit kits with precision
lead screws, thrust bearings and zero backlash lead nuts.

Servo controlled Routers:
Our new 12 x 24 x 4 CNC router.
This machine builds on the technology of our 12 x 12 x 4 machines.
The new machines have twice the capacity and run at speeds up to 350
inches per minute. The entire framework has been strengthened
and stabilized. The addition of mic-6 (flat ground aluminum) frame
components and improved machining accuracy has enhanced the machine
performance, improved the assembly process and maintained the
low weight to cutting envelope of the smaller model. Now
