1) Paid members may access the forum at any time, 24 hours per day and 7 days
per week,
except for times when the web hosting service has scheduled or unscheduled
downtimes.
2) Members in good standing may post questions and reply to others.
3) New member postings and those of members that have shown that they have
no
regard for decency, polite conversation, or the commercial value of IMService
products
may be moderated. Members that repeatedly or blatantly disregard the
community
rules will no longer be permitted to participate or access the form.
4) Copyrighted materials are not to be posted to any part of the forum.
5) The forum is a private site, any member who posts ANY conversation from
the forum in a
publicly accessible venue, WILL BE PERMANENTLY BANNED from the forum with
forfeit
of all membership rights, privileges, and annual fees. This includes the
reposting of any remaining,
suppressed and/or deleted postings.
6) No membership fees will be refunded to banned or moderated users.
7) All postings become the property of IMService, and the member agrees to
permit IMService to
redistribute archival copies of the forum with no limitation. The redistribution
includes the full text of
all messages, including signatures, e-mail and web links, and user handles.
